Packing Operative – Witham, Essex £12.21ph – (£12.71 per hour from 1st April) | Weekly Pay | Temp to Perm Opportunities Prime Appointments are currently recruiting multiple Packing Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability. This role offers the chance to work across different departments, allowing you to build new skills and gain valuable experience within a busy production environment. Duties of the Packing Operatives: Packing finished products ready for dispatch Assembling product kits and components Assisting with basic machine operation, assembly and packing duties Carrying out general production tasks as required Learning different roles across the factory to develop new skills Working as part of a team to meet production targets Following health and safety procedures at all times The Ideal Packing Operative: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and able to work well as part of a team Previous manufacturing or production experience would be beneficial but not essential Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm (early finish) Pay & Benefits: £12.21ph – (£12.71 per hour from 1st April) Weekly pay Holiday pay Company pension Opportunities for permanent employment This is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering skill development, varied work and long-term prospects.
