A client of ours in the Bury St Edmunds area are recruiting an Operations Apprentice to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hour week). Paying a negotiable salary depending on experience. Following a successful probation period, this role offers hybrid working, with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.

Your key duties in this Operations Apprentice role will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and cleansing data across internal systems, including running exception reports
  • Producing reports and analysing data to support business decisions
  • Assisting with system improvements, testing new features, and streamlining processes
  • Supporting projects aimed at improving client services and team efficiency
  • Helping with IT queries, document templates, and bulk communications

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Experience in operations support, data, or systems-based roles (or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in reporting and data handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
