Mould Shop Technician – Harlow – up to £40,000 – Manufacturing – Night Shift – 25 days holiday Are you an experienced Mould Shop Technician looking for a night shift role in a dynamic plastics manufacturing and production environment? Our client, a leading injection moulding business, has recently invested significantly in their Mould Shop and is expanding their team. They operate advanced moulding machines including Krauss Maffei, Boy, and Yizumi. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and operating injection moulding machines (Krauss Maffei, Boy, Yizumi) Using forklifts and gantry cranes to move and load tooling Setting and securing mould tools with clamps, bolts, and hand tools Adjusting machine parameters for temperature, pressure, and cycle time Ensuring correct materials loading and labelling of products and regrind Supporting Operators with job preparation and quality standards Troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance Shift: Night shift – either 10 or 12 hours, Sunday to Friday, starting at 6pm or 8pm Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Mould Shop Technician or similar role in plastics manufacturing Able to work independently and as part of a night shift team Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Health & wellbeing programme Employee referral scheme If you are a skilled Mould Shop Technician, based in or around Harlow and are seeking a stable role with a company investing in its future, apply now to join a growing team within a thriving plastics injection moulding sector
