We're working with a fast-growing engineering business based in Witham, providing expert machinery and production maintenance across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, and London. They're now looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their skilled and close-knit team.

This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer with some electrical know-how, especially if you've worked in FMCG environments and enjoy being out on the road.

What's on Offer:
  • Up to £20 per hour (DOE)
  • Overtime at 1.5x your hourly rate
  • Travel paid from Witham to and from site
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Holiday buy-back & loyalty schemes
  • Permanent role with a family-run, supportive company
The Role:
  • Site-based repairs and maintenance across the East and South East
  • Mechanical and light electrical fault-finding
  • Conveyor system inspections, repairs, and rebuilds
  • Breakdown response and scheduled maintenance work
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong mechanical background (engineering or automotive - e.g., engine rebuilds)
  • Some electrical maintenance experience
  • Previous work in FMCG environments is a big plus
  • Flexible and self-motivated with a full UK driving licence
