An automotive component manufacturer based in Wickford is looking for Mechanical Assembler / Fitters to join their team. The hours are 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday with the pay up to £13.50ph. We are looking for people with experience using hand and power tools and undertaking general mechanical assembly. You will also be asked to help in other areas of the workshop, for example, the CNC department. Training will be given.
Mechanical Assembler duties:
- Using hand and power tools
- Mechanical fitting / Assembly
- Sub assemblies and larger assemblies
- Using rivet guns
- Operating CNC machines
This is an ongoing temporary role for at least 9 months work. It could also lead to a permanent position!
