A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours) and paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and develop client accounts and build long-term relationships
- Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Monitor performance and resolve service issues
- Identify service improvements and growth opportunities
- Support with team objectives and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors for timely delivery
- Arrange site visits and manage logistics and access
- Process quotations and instructions accurately and on time
- Handle bespoke client requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Conduct audits of account and operational processes
- Track and report on account and departmental performance
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Client Relationship Manager position:
- Previous client relationship, account management, call centre and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team collaboration and coordination skills
- IT proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools)
