A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting an IT & Systems Support Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (37.5 hours) and paying £26,000 – £29,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties

  • Maintain data integrity through audits, updates, and user support.
  • Administer MS365 and core systems, managing on-boarding and access.
  • Configure and set up user workstations.
  • Manage internal networks, cloud services and ensure optimal performance of hosting performance.
  • Track IT assets and software licenses.
  • Provide daily technical support and system maintenance.
  • Attend department meetings to share updates on system performance and technical needs.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports to track KPIs, performance and service metrics.
  • Analyse data from Salesforce, MS365, and internal tools to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes.
  • Assist department heads in understanding data requirements and create reports to support business goals.
  • Contribute to developing data standards, templates, and tracking methods to strengthen a data-driven culture.
  • Analyse recurring technical issues to identify root cause.
  • Assist with system development.
  • Develop and maintain user guides.

Skills and Experience required

  • An interest in various coding such as HTML, CSS, JS, Python, Apex, SQL Etc.
  • Proficient within the Microsoft packages.
  • Eagerness to support others.
  • Previous experience in system administration or IT Support role beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant Salesforce knowledge/experience advantageous.
