A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting an IT & Systems Support Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (37.5 hours) and paying £26,000 – £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties
- Maintain data integrity through audits, updates, and user support.
- Administer MS365 and core systems, managing on-boarding and access.
- Configure and set up user workstations.
- Manage internal networks, cloud services and ensure optimal performance of hosting performance.
- Track IT assets and software licenses.
- Provide daily technical support and system maintenance.
- Attend department meetings to share updates on system performance and technical needs.
- Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports to track KPIs, performance and service metrics.
- Analyse data from Salesforce, MS365, and internal tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes.
- Assist department heads in understanding data requirements and create reports to support business goals.
- Contribute to developing data standards, templates, and tracking methods to strengthen a data-driven culture.
- Analyse recurring technical issues to identify root cause.
- Assist with system development.
- Develop and maintain user guides.
Skills and Experience required
- An interest in various coding such as HTML, CSS, JS, Python, Apex, SQL Etc.
- Proficient within the Microsoft packages.
- Eagerness to support others.
- Previous experience in system administration or IT Support role beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant Salesforce knowledge/experience advantageous.
