A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting an IT & Systems Support Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday β Friday 8.30am β 5.00pm (37.5 hours) and paying Β£26,000 β Β£29,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain data integrity through audits, updates, and user support.
Administer MS365 and core systems, managing on-boarding and access.
Configure and set up user workstations.
Manage internal networks, cloud services and ensure optimal performance of hosting performance.
Track IT assets and software licenses.
Provide daily technical support and system maintenance.
Attend department meetings to share updates on system performance and technical needs.
Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports to track KPIs, performance and service metrics.
Analyse data from Salesforce, MS365, and internal tools to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes
Assist department heads in understanding data requirements and create reports to support business goals
Contribute to developing data standards, templates, and tracking methods to strengthen a data-driven culture.
Analyse recurring technical issues to identify root cause.
Assist with system development.
Develop and maintain user guides.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this IT & Systems Support Analyst position:
An interest in various coding such as HTML, CSS, JS, Python, Apex, SQL Etc.
Proficient within the Microsoft packages.
Eagerness to support others.
Previous experience in system administration or IT Support role beneficial
Excellent communication skills
