Are you an experienced Quality professional looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting a QA Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily inspection activities, and ensuring products consistently meet customer and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organise workloads, ensuring adequate resources, equipment and documentation are available
  • Review product inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) status
  • Investigate non-conforming products and liaise with Engineering to resolve issues
  • Support product inspections across Outgoing & Incoming Quality Control
  • Carry out documentation verification and prepare records
  • Print works orders and production documentation
  • Coordinate calibration and maintenance administration
  • Support validation and verification of returned product (RMA) investigations
  • Carry out product line audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
About You
  • Previous experience in Quality Control (of similar) role
  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently when required
