We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in the Gosfield area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering long-term stability and strong earning potential.
The Role
- You will be responsible for the preparation and spraying of engineered metal products and vehicle-related components.
- The work is varied and hands-on, focusing on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, sanding, priming)
- Spraying components using airless and conventional spray equipment
- Applying primers, base coats and topcoats to a high-quality finish
- Working with steel, fabricated assemblies, and vehicle-related structures
- Inspecting finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining spray equipment and keeping work areas clean and compliant
- Working from drawings and job specifications where required
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an engineering, automotive, or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of paint preparation and application techniques
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
