We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join an established team on the outskirts of Manningtree. This is a temporary position with full-time hours, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
  • Moving products through production
  • Assembling products or components to build specifications
  • Using hand and power tools to assist in assembly and processing
  • Labelling and storing goods correctly in the warehouse
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised goods-in area
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team when needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous warehouse or goods-in experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools or power tools
  • Mechanical or electrical interest or experience is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence required due to rural location
