We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join an established team on the outskirts of Manningtree. This is a temporary position with full-time hours, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Moving products through production
- Assembling products or components to build specifications
- Using hand and power tools to assist in assembly and processing
- Labelling and storing goods correctly in the warehouse
- Maintaining a tidy and organised goods-in area
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous warehouse or goods-in experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools or power tools
- Mechanical or electrical interest or experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence required due to rural location
