A rapidly growing manufacturer in Bury St Edmunds is seeking skilled factory operatives to support increasing production demands. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a manufacturing background and hands-on experience using hand and power tools to join a dynamic and expanding team. What's the pay? We are offering between £11.44 – £13.00+ p/hour depending on experience. Overtime is regularly available at increased rates. Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 16:00 with Fridays off Where is the job? Located in Bury Town, Suffolk. It is commutable for someone who uses public transport & also has parking on-site for drivers. Factory Operative Duties? Assembling mechanical components with precision Securing and fixing small components accurately Utilising hand and power tools effectively, such as impact guns Maintaining a clean working environment Working with stainless and mild steel materials Shot blasting / paint sprayingWho are we looking for?
