We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a dynamic fast-moving logistics and supply chain enterprise based in Witham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse and logistics environment who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a well-established organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the yard, drivers, and vehicles to suit the daily requirements of the business.
- Support with weekly audits and compliance checks.
- Supervise a team of warehouse operators.
- Supervise, report and investigate any damage to mechanical resources immediately to the Warehouse Management team.
- Daily briefing to team on workload/tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Previous people management experience.
- A positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and other departments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think strategically and work in a cost-efficient manner.
