We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Technician to join a busy high precision environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a want to learn. I am searching for someone with previous quality experience, ideally in a precision environment (advantageous). This role is crucial to ensure the company meets AS9100 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) from Inspection Control Plans (ICPs)
- Carry out dimensional and visual inspections using a range of measuring equipment, including CMM, Keyence, Vicci, micrometers, and shadow graphs
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and company procedures
- Support shop floor audits, reviewing documentation and maintaining accurate quality records
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to resolve quality-related queries
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure full traceability of inspection and audit records
- Complete additional tasks as directed by the Quality Manager

- Computer literate, with MS Office experience essential
