The Assistant Warehouse Manager Role:

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will support the management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high standards across all areas. You will be actively involved on the warehouse floor, working closely with the team while also taking on supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day running of the operation
  • Take a hands-on approach to warehouse duties, leading by example on the shop floor
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met
  • Ensure smooth goods in, storage, and dispatch processes
  • Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as part of daily duties
