A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Production Scheduler to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, temporary - permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, and paying £14.42 - £16.82 per hour (£30,000 - £35,000 per annum) depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Production Scheduler role will include but are not limited to:
- Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer and project deadlines
- Liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipping
- Managing client information, purchase orders, and supply coordination
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and material availability
- Compiling data for KPI reports and attending progress meetings with teams and clients
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous experience in production scheduling or planning (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements, etc.)
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships
