We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our small, busy team. This is a varied role for someone who is highly organised, confident using computers and enjoys working across different areas of the business. You'll play an important part in supporting our projects, sites and customers from tender stage through to completion.
Main Duties
- Pricing tenders using AI
- Managing site variations and queries
- Collating weekly timesheets and inputting information for fortnightly payroll and invoicing
- Compiling monthly site reports, including site running figures
- Quote chasing and following up opportunities
- Compiling Health & Safety packs for new sites
- Preparing RAMS
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Customer liaison
- Organising and attending customer seminars, briefings and meetings
- Attending site pre-start meetings
Essential Skills
- You must be computer literate and totally proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Copilot.
- We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and highly capable Microsoft Office user
- Comfortable working with Excel and AI tools such as Copilot
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Eager to learn and develop
- Flexible and happy to help cover holidays and sickness within our small team
- Confident communicating with customers, colleagues and site teams
- Scaffolding knowledge or previous experience within the housebuilding market would be beneficial, but is not essential.
