A client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working 8 hours per day Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm and paying £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Contact clients by phone or email to follow up on quotations with a view to securing orders.
- Ensure internal systems are updated accordingly.
- Negotiate with customers - listen to objections, understand requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Use the bespoke pricing software to review and amend quotations in line with company processes.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
