A client of ours in the Basildon area is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and paying £28,000 - £34,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility, especially on LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to align digital and broader marketing goals.
- Monitor social media performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Support paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, analytics and performance reviews.
- Write blogs and web page content.
- Manage and update the company website (WordPress).
- Contribute to marketing efforts (publications, communications, promotional materials).
- Propose and explore new marketing initiatives and channels.
Skills and Experience required:
- 2+ years' experience within a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising (Google PPC, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
- Experience in using Mailchimp and WordPress.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Full UK driving license and access to own car preferred.
