With almost 20 years of experience delivering residential development and bespoke building projects, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Photoshop skills to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and amend planning application drawings.
- Use Photoshop to colourise and enhance site layouts and house-type drawings.
- Assist with the production of residential development and construction drawings.
- Support designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Carry out general project administration and office duties as required.
Requirements
- Strong Photoshop skills are essential.
- Previous experience working with drawings, planning applications, architecture, construction, or design projects is advantageous.
- AutoCAD experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team and meet deadlines.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
£25,000 - £30,000 salary depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (some flexibility available).
