Overview
A client of ours is recruiting a Data Verification Assistant to join their Data & Business Operations team. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, paying 18.00 per hour. The role is offered on a 12-week contract with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Inputting, organising and maintaining large sets of B2B data.
- Verifying business information via outbound calls to business owners.
- Cross-checking information using internal systems and search tools.
- Identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates.
- Ensuring data integrity and supporting the wider operations team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication skills for outbound verification calls.
- Comfortable working with databases and repetitive data tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
