We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Sales Support professional to become a key part of our sales operation. We deliver nationally through a vetted network of specialist partners rather than a directly employed field workforce. That makes our ability to find the right partner, secure competitive pricing and turn enquiries into well-managed opportunities absolutely central to what we do. This role sits right at the heart of that process.

When a qualified enquiry arrives, you'll take ownership. You'll research and qualify suitable specialist contractors, obtain competitive pricing, build and issue quotations, coordinate with clients and delivery partners, and keep opportunities moving through to a decision.

  • Partner sourcing and qualification
    • Research and identify suitable specialist contractors for each enquiry.
    • Qualify partners against relevant experience, accreditation, insurance and capability.
    • Compare options and make clear, commercially reasoned recommendations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships across our delivery partner network.
  • Quotations
    • Obtain competitive pricing from specialist partners.
    • Review and sense-check costs and scope.
    • Prepare professional client quotations and proposals.
    • Follow up quotations and manage opportunities through to a decision.
  • Key account coordination
    • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts.
    • Keep actions, opportunities and follow-ups moving.
    • Coordinate information between clients, internal teams and delivery partners.
    • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • CRM and reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot.
    • Track opportunities, actions, quotations and outcomes.
    • Produce and maintain sales reports and pipeline information.
    • Keep data clean, meaningful and commercially useful.
  • Tenders and frameworks
    • Assist with tender submissions and framework opportunities.
    • Research requirements and coordinate information from internal teams and delivery partners.
    • Help ensure submissions are accurate, competitive and delivered on time.
  • Meeting, diary and follow-up support
    • Coordinate meetings and diaries.
    • Prepare information and actions ahead of meetings.
    • Record and follow up actions to keep things moving.
  • General sales support
    • Provide day-to-day support to the wider sales operation.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
    • Take ownership of tasks rather than waiting to be chased.

What we're looking for:

You'll probably have experience in sales support, internal sales, account coordination, contracts administration or a similar commercially focused role. Experience within building services, facilities management, compliance or construction would be particularly useful, but it's not essential.

More importantly, you'll be someone who:

  • Is a capable researcher who can start with a blank page and finish with three qualified, accredited and insured contractors and a reasoned recommendation.
  • Is exceptionally organised and comfortable managing 30 live opportunities or workstreams at once without losing track of the detail.
  • Has excellent written English and is confident speaking to both clients and delivery partners.
  • Has good commercial judgement and understands the importance of price, scope, quality and risk.
  • Is comfortable using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and Microsoft 365.
  • Takes ownership and follows things through.
  • Is naturally proactive, persistent and comfortable chasing people when necessary.
  • Can work at pace while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Desirable experience:

It would be advantageous if you have experience with:

  • Supply chain or subcontractor management.
  • Healthcare estates compliance.
  • HTM and HBN requirements.
  • NHS trusts or public-sector procurement.
  • Estimating, pricing or take-offs.
  • Tenders and framework agreements.
