A company based near Danbury who are an engineering company are looking for someone to set and operate their CNC Press Brake. The company are a small outfit with a tight knit happy team, who work on a variety of different projects.

We are looking for someone with experience setting and operating CNC Press Brakes and sheet metal. If you can programme or edit programmes, that is a bonus.

The role is paying up to £16ph working 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 1pm on Fridays.

CNC Press Brake duties:
  • Set up and operate Press Brakes
  • Read from engineering drawings
  • Ensure quality checks on parts are done
  • Help with general sheet metal and fabrication parts such as laser cutting, grinding and assembly
  • Using hand and power tools
Requirements for this role:
  • You will be experienced with using CNC Press Brakes and in sheet metal work
  • Use hand tools in sheet metal
  • You will be able to read technical drawings
  • Knowledge of assembly processes
