Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

This hands‑on role gives you real ownership of projects, designing and developing mixed‑signal hardware from concept through to production, within a technically strong and cooperative team. Key Responsibilities
- Define product specifications in collaboration with Product Management
- Lead the design and development of analogue and digital electronics hardware
- Create detailed schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Perform component selection and analysis to improve performance and reliability
- Develop and run test plans for prototypes and final products
- Debug and validate hardware using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and spectrum analysers
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, test, NPI, and manufacturing teams
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to production
- Support products throughout their full lifecycle and contribute to design reviews
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in hardware design and development
- Strong analogue and digital circuit design knowledge, including power supplies and signal integrity
- Proficiency in schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout
- Hands‑on experience with lab test equipment
- Experience working in multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
- Experience in test and measurement, instrumentation, or high‑reliability systems
