A client of ours in the West Mersea area are recruiting a Commercial Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 4:00pm. Paying £27,000 - £31,000 per annum depending on experience.
In this newly created role, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and format professional quotation and proposal documents
- Create and maintain New Order Forms and estimate records
- Manage submissions through client portals and tender platforms
- Keep the CRM current and produce monthly KPI reports
- Write and maintain standard operating procedures
- Coordinate inputs across commercial, finance, and project management teams.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Commercial Administrator position:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident with systems and documents, comfortable learning new platforms
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in coordination, admin or commercial support
- Building and construction or engineering industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
