Prime Appointments is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Colchester. This full-time permanent position requires working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.

The successful candidate will respond to customer enquiries, provide product advice, process orders, and resolve issues professionally.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and over 3 years of experience in customer service or a call centre environment. A background in manufacturing, engineering, or construction is desirable.
