A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours) and paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and develop client accounts and build long-term relationships
  • Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Monitor performance and resolve service issues
  • Identify service improvements and growth opportunities
  • Support with team objectives and process improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors for timely delivery
  • Arrange site visits and manage logistics and access
  • Process quotations and instructions accurately and on time
  • Handle bespoke client requirements and ensure expectations are met
  • Conduct audits
