Cleaner – Food Production Site (Offices & Facilities) – Outskirts of Colchester, Essex – 4 on 4 off – 07:00 to 18:00 -£12.62 per hour Own transport is essential due to site location Temporary to Permanent through Prime Appointments We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to work at a modern food production facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site, including office spaces, staff facilities, and communal areas. (No Production cleaning) Responsibilities of the Cleaner: Clean non-production areas including corridors, changing rooms, canteens, meeting rooms, and offices to a high standard Manage general waste disposal and ensure cleanliness of waste storage areas Adhere to all health and safety procedures and food hygiene standards Accurately complete cleaning logs and associated paperwork Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues when required Candidate Requirements: Previous cleaning experience in a factory, food, or commercial environment preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage physical tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures Willingness to commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
