A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area is recruiting a Group Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Plans, manages, and optimises paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitors campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROI and lead quality, making recommendations for improvement.
- Supports SEO and AEO initiatives, including website optimisation, metadata, site structure, indexing, content performance, and AI-search visibility.
- Creates and optimises landing pages, website content, and user journeys to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Analyses website and campaign performance.
- Produces performance reports and uses testing and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Creates and manages email marketing campaigns.
- Supports social media content planning and promotion across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners.
- Keeps up to date with developments in paid media, SEO, AI search, analytics, and B2B digital marketing.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this position:
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or demonstrates equivalent experience.
- Additional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous.
- PPC and SEO knowledge essential to be considered for this role.
- Previous experience in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Wordpress.
- Ability to analyse campaign data.
