A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Plans, manages, and optimises paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitors campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROI and lead quality, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Supports SEO and AEO initiatives, including website optimisation, metadata, site structure, indexing, content performance, and AI-search visibility.
  • Creates and optimises landing pages, website content, and user journeys to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Analyses website and campaign performance.
  • Produces performance reports and uses testing and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Creates and manages email marketing campaigns.
  • Supports social media content planning and promotion across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners.
  • Keeps up to date with developments in paid media, SEO, AI search, analytics, and B2B digital marketing.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Holds a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or demonstrates equivalent experience.
  • Additional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous.
  • PPC and SEO knowledge.
  • Previous experience in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Wordpress.
  • Ability to analyse campaign data.
