A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, supplier pricing, and customer-specific pricing agreements.
  • Follow up on quotations to support sales conversion and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data and opportunity tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Create and maintain part numbers and system data records.
  • Process and monitor supplier purchase orders through to goods receipt.
  • Support inventory, goods receipt, and operational processes across distribution and production sites.
  • Provide administrative support to the Production Team.
  • Deliver cross-functional support and cover within the Sales Operations Team.
  • Manage incoming telephone enquiries and direct them.

Experience required to be considered for this Sales Coordinator position:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Proven experience working within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Experience preparing and issuing customer quotations, including the use of pricing structures, cost analysis, and margin calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous admin and secretarial experience essential.
