Prime Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a well-established market-leading manufacturer based in Witham, Essex. We are looking for an experienced Factory Operative to join their production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous factory or production experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive manufacturing environment. Factory Operative Duties
- Loading and unloading production machinery
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Measuring and assembling products to specification
- Using a variety of hand tools during the production process
- Supporting general production and housekeeping duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Must drive and have own transport
