This is a permanent role, paying between £75,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.

Overview of the role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial and sales function, leading a sales team. The role will focus on developing and delivering the company's commercial strategy, driving sales growth and profitability, and securing significant new business and high-value contracts. You will also work closely with the wider leadership team to support the company's continued growth and development.

What does the role involve?

  • As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for sales strategies and executing them to a high standard.
  • Driving performance throughout the company and specifically within the sales team.
