A client of ours in the Bury St Edmunds area are recruiting a Temporary Administration Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a temporary position working Monday - Thursday, 32 hours per week, and paying £12.71 per hour. This assignment is expected to last approximately 4 weeks and is available for an immediate start.

Your key duties in this Temporary Administration Assistant role will include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing orders, invoices, and purchase orders on the company system
  • Opening, downloading, sorting, and renaming files
  • Printing and organising documents into folders
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting with general administrative and filing tasks

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Previous administration or office-based experience
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
