The following role will have you working in the stores department managing inventory for the manufacturing team. We are offering a salary of over £13ph, with overtime available & an excellent holiday allowance. Working hours are 08:00-16:30 with an early finish EVERY Friday.
Duties:
- Picking machine parts for production
- Reading & working from stock lists & managing inventory as you work
- Assist in the warehouse as and when required
- Regularly reconcile physical stock to computerised record
- Be responsible for own health and safety and personal development, keeping up to date with relevant issues in relation to job role and to demonstrate good housekeeping
Previous warehouse experience is essential, but some training will be provided. You must be computer literate & ideally familiar with stock control (SAP) systems. A forklift license would be hugely beneficial, but it is not essential for the role. This is a permanent position following a successful trial period.
