A client of ours in the Brentwood (West Hordon) area are recruiting an Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm or 8.00am - 4:00pm. Paying Β£40,000 - Β£50,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the FD, key duties include but are not limited to:
- Weekly reporting of bank figures, creditors, debtors and budget overview.
- Weekly cashflow report.
- Checking the CRM for invoicing.
- Approving purchase orders raised.
- Sending the FD monthly bank statement.
- Updating the debtors report and chase late payments.
- Bank reconciliation and bank balance kept up to date.
- Entering payroll information for 70 employees.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Manager position:
- Accountancy qualified essential (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in using QuickBooks.
- Proactive.
- Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
