A client of ours in the Brentwood (West Hordon) area are recruiting an Accounts Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm or 8.00am - 4:00pm. Paying Β£40,000 - Β£50,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the FD, key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly reporting of bank figures, creditors, debtors and budget overview.
  • Weekly cashflow report.
  • Checking the CRM for invoicing.
  • Approving purchase orders raised.
  • Sending the FD monthly bank statement.
  • Updating the debtors report and chase late payments.
  • Bank reconciliation and bank balance kept up to date.
  • Entering payroll information for 70 employees.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Manager position:

  • Accountancy qualified essential (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Experience in using QuickBooks.
  • Proactive.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
