Our client is looking for a driven, bilingual sales professional to join a growing Export Sales team as an Area Sales Representative for Poland & CEE. This is a brand-new role, offering the opportunity to develop and grow the company's presence across Poland and Central & Eastern Europe while building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

The Role
Reporting into the Export team, you'll divide your time between the headquarters in Bury St Edmunds and regular travel across Poland and Central & Eastern Europe. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, approaching and securing new dealers and distributors across your territory.
- Building and developing relationships with an existing major customer within the Polish automotive sector.
- Growing sales across a range of industries including Industrial Supply, Engineering, Agriculture, Construction, Mining and Energy.
- Generating new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling and face-to-face customer visits.
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
- Working towards ambitious sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the export business.
- Representing the business at overseas trade shows and industry events when required.
Essential requirements
- Fluency in both Polish and English (additional European languages would be an advantage).
- Experienced in business development and opening new accounts.
- Experience working with dealer or distributor sales networks.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting and converting new opportunities.
- Knowledge of the tools and equipment industry.
- Previous experience within Automotive, Agricultural or Engineering distribution markets would be advantageous.
- A willingness to travel regularly throughout Poland and Central & Eastern Europe.
