A leading automotive component manufacturer in Witham is growing their team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to train as Carbon Laminators. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive environment, producing parts for top-tier motorsport clients.
This role pays £12.71 p/h, working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is also available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting in the production of high-performance vehicle components
- Preparing patterns and laying up carbon fibre materials
- Verifying and handling material kits
- Applying sealants and release agents
- Hand-laying pre-preg carbon fibre to specification (Don't worry - full training is provided!)

This is a permanent role subject to passing a 13 week probation.
