Permanent position in Kelvedon, Essex, on-site. Full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35 hours) with an annual salary of £29,000‐£32,000 depending on experience.

Key Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Manage and develop client accounts and build long‐term relationships
  • Lead client meetings (virtual and in‐person)
  • Monitor performance and resolve service issues
  • Identify service improvements and growth opportunities
  • Support team objectives and process improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors for timely delivery
  • Arrange site visits and manage logistics and access
  • Process quotations and instructions accurately and on time
  • Handle bespoke client requirements and ensure expectations are met
  • Conduct audits of account and operational processes
  • Track and report on account and departmental performance
  • Support upselling, cross‐selling, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ad‐hoc projects

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this position:

  • Previous client relationship, account management, call centre and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills
  • IT proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools)
