We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to run the paint shop of a busy manufacturing business based in the Suffolk Countryside! This role is commutable from anyone who lives in the Stowmarket-Ipswich area. This is a hands-on role that combines practical spray duties with the day-to-day supervision of a skilled team, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the spray shop department
- Plan workloads and prioritise jobs to ensure customer delivery deadlines are achieved
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to maximise performance and productivity
- Monitor quality standards and ensure all finished goods meet specification requirements
