We're looking for an experienced furniture Bench Hand who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you have experience in furniture assembly, bench joinery, or woodworking and want to join a busy, growing business with plenty of overtime available, we'd love to hear from you.

Working from technical drawings, you'll assemble bespoke furniture components into finished products using hand and power tools, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of quality and finish.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bespoke furniture to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team.
• Support continuous improvement and workshop efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in furniture assembly, bench joinery, cabinet making, or a similar woodworking role.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling materials safely.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Hours of work: 07:30-16:00, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week). Overtime paid @ increased rates!
