Prime Appointments Recruitment Agency is seeking a Skilled Kitchen Operator to join a busy food manufacturing company in Earls Colne. This role is hands-on, requiring the successful candidate to work in a fast-paced production environment. Training will be provided for the first 3 weeks on a day shift, after which the candidate will continue on the day shift.
Responsibilities include mixing ingredients, following production instructions, monitoring product quality, and maintaining hygiene standards. Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred, and this role offers an immediate start.
