A client in the Bury St Edmunds area is recruiting an Operations Apprentice to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent role working Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm (35 hour week). Following a successful probation period, the successful candidate will enjoy hybrid working, with two days from home and three days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and cleanse data across internal systems, including running exception reports
- Produce reports and analyse data to support business decisions
- Assist with system improvements, test new features, and streamline processes
- Support projects aimed at improving client services and team efficiency
- Help with IT queries, document templates, and bulk communications
Skills and Experience
- Experience in operations support, data, or systems‑based roles (or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in reporting and data handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
