Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:30-12:30

We are recruiting for a Process Operative to join a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Basildon, Essex, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business offering long-term stability, career development and genuine opportunities for progression.

Please note: Due to the nature of this role and the security requirements associated with projects involving the UK Ministry of Defence, applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Duties Of The Process Operative

  • Follow written instructions to carry out chemical processing activities.
  • Load, unload and inspect components to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Use computer systems to access and update production information.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
  • Complete routine temperature and chemical concentration checks.
  • Follow all relevant health, safety and quality procedures.

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing and production or chemical processing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using computer systems.

What We're Offering

  • £28,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday working days with an early finish on Fridays.
