Welder Fabricator – Up to £ – Overtime Paid – Witham
We\’re recruiting for a growing truck body manufacturer based in Witham that\’s looking to add skilled Welder Fabricators to their expanding team.
If you\’ve got experience in MIG welding, fabrication, and a background in coachbuilding, trailer building, or automotive work, this is a solid opportunity to join a company that values hands-on talent and quality craftsmanship.
What\’s on Offer:
Up to £ per hour (depending on experience)
Overtime available: 1.33x (weekdays) & 1.5x (Saturdays)
Free on-site parking
Permanent, full-time role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
The Role:
MIG welding on custom truck bodies
General fabrication using hand and power tools
Operating fabrication machinery
Reading and working from engineering drawings
What We\’re Looking For:
Proven MIG welding & fabrication experience
Background in automotive, trailer, or coachbuilding work preferred
Confident using fabrication equipment and working from drawings
