Warehouse Operative – Temporary, Ongoing Role
Location: Witham, Essex
£12.21 per hour
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (8 hours per day)
We\’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis in Witham, Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Duties:
* Regularly monitor stock quantities throughout the warehouse to ensure accuracy and availability.
* This includes carrying out physical counts, identifying discrepancies, and updating internal systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
* You\’ll work closely with the Stock Manager to ensure all data is correct, helping to prevent shortages and maintain smooth operational flow.
* Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanning device, following picking lists and warehouse locations to ensure the correct items are selected.
* This involves scanning products, confirming quantities, and preparing orders for packing and dispatch.
