About the Role

As a Test Technician within the customer service and support division, you\’ll play a critical part in maintaining quality and satisfaction across the company\’s global client base. You\’ll be hands-on with advanced electronic products, investigating faults and carrying out repairs on returned equipment (RMAs), and working closely with internal teams to uphold high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First-line fault analysis and diagnosis of customer returns
  • Component-level repair and testing of sophisticated electronic assemblies
  • Supporting the service controller with accurate CRM updates
  • Preparing demonstration units for international exhibitions and demos
  • Contributing to department KPIs and quality targets
