An established manufacturer near Woodbridge is growing its team and looking for dependable Production Operatives to support rising demand. What\’s the pay?
Starting at £ p/hour as a starting rate, with regular reviews and opportunities for salary increases as you take on more responsibility. Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates. Weekly pay through Prime Appointments.
Hours of work:
This is a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly:
- Week 1: 05:45 – 14:00
- Week 2: 13:45 – 22:00
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Where is the job?
Based just outside Woodbridge, Suffolk. The site is commutable from surrounding areas and has on-site parking available.
- Loading bottles onto the production line
- Packing finished products into boxes for dispatch
- Supporting with machine changeovers and clean downs
- Following clean-as-you-go practices
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Meeting daily production targets
- Manual handling and general warehouse support
Who are we looking for?
We\’re looking for reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is preferred, but full training will be provided.
