We are working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team! Reporting to the General Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the head office environment.
  • Coordinate with facilities, IT support, and maintenance teams to handle maintenance and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Organise meeting room reservations and support the planning of company events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Maintain customer records and databases.
  • Assist sales team with quotes, order processing and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal departments.
  • Prepare reports/presentations.
  • Assist HR with onboarding.
  • Provide diary management and support to senior leadership.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office Manager position:

  • Proven experience within a similar role essential to be considered.
  • Highly organised.
  • Experience in using ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in using Google Workspace.
  • Experience within the manufacturing and production industry desirable.
