A Manufacturing client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative and sales support to the Flooring Team
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Liaising with customers and providing a high level of customer service
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with estimating and preparing quotations
- Maintaining accurate records and inputting data onto computer systems
- Preparing, printing, copying and distributing documents
- Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous experience in a sales, administration or customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to process information accurately and meet deadlines
- A positive, professional and team-focused approach
